Żeby kupić, musisz najpierw uzyskać dostęp do środków
Zażądaj do nich wskazania podstawy prawnej blokowania pieniędzy, dokładnego przepisu, wskazania jakie konkretnie przepisy AML naruszyłeś, wskazania punktu ich regulaminu, który pozwala im blokować pieniądze.
Nie daj się zbyć twierdzeniami, że mają regulaminie, że mogą żądać tych dokumentów. Mają i mogą, ale powinni NAJPIERW zablokować konto, skoro podpada pod AML, zażądać dokumentów i od tego uzależnić odblokowanie. To byłaby ich wewnętrzna sprawa. Jeżeli blokują Twoje środki, muszą wskazać na jakiej podstawie.

A co do mojej sprawy to japonce sa bardzo uparci. Byc moze cos rzeczywiscie zmienilo sie w regulaminie. Dodatkowo nie znam dobrze angielskiego.

In connection to your reaction I demand to show me paragraph of law which entitle your company's blocked my money. Points of AML regulations, which I broked and points of MTGOX rules which allow to block money.

Jedyny zwrot, jaki są w stanie wygenerować

Możesz zażądać zamknięcia konta, z regulaminu "Should they wish to terminate their agreement with Mt. Gox, Members may close his/her Account at any time.", ale dostaniesz tą samą odpowiedź.

Znalazłeś się w sytuacji, którą opisuje twierdzenie Ginsberga:

Czy miał tu ktoś doświadczenia z większymi przelewami na Mt.Gox? Chodzi o kwoty rzędu kilkuset tysięcy złotych. Nieraz obiło mi się o uszy, że robią problemy przy transakcjach nie przekraczających 1000zł - blokują środki, żądają weryfikacji. Hipotetycznie zakładając, że przesyłając z blockchain i sprzedając u nich 5k bitcoinów za kwotę 23$ za 1BC, zarobię 360k zł, które następnie zechcę przelać na konto w banku. Jest sens próbować z nimi takich transakcji?

Przy takiej kwocie weryfikacja będzie na pewno. Najlepiej taką weryfikację przeprowadzić zanim wpłaci im się jakiekolwiek BTC - można jej poddać się dobrowolnie, bodajże gdzieś w Security Center.
